Nursing Care Service

Providing home health care services that are tailored to meet individual needs employing highly trained, screened, and credentialed healthcare professionals licensed by HAAD.​ We provide home health care services from as few as a couple of hours per day to 24 hour round the clock care, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays with free personal consultation with an LHMHCC coordinator. We conduct regular assessment and management to ensure client satisfaction.

General Home Nursing Care

We care for people in many ways ranging from a one hour visit, for example to administer drugs or change a dressing, to daily visits of variable hours and 24 hour live-in care.As home care providers who work with multidisciplinary healthcare and associated teams, we are able to arrange home visits for our clients from a broad selection of practitioners, therapists, nurses, and even hairdresser.

Home From Hospital Care

Life Home Care center provides service options for individuals coming home from hospital, ranging from short daily visits to 24-hour specialist nurse services for patients with complex needs. This variety of services allows each individual to receive the right level of support after leaving hospital, as well as ensuring that care is available to meet a variety of budgets. Our emphasis is on high quality care, whilst ensuring it is provided at an affordable cost.

Dementia Care

At Life Homecare we understand the devastating impact dementia can have on people's lives. We provide caring and sensitive domiciliary care support to help people live well with dementia.

Learning Disabilities Care

At Life Homecare, we support you to live the life you want, where each day can be different. Life Home Nursing care offer a specialist Case Management service to help with rehabilitation and promote independence in the person’s own home.

Care For Children

At Life Home,our staff are fully trained to provide care and support to families with children in their own home.

Our care team have practical experience in dealing with challenging behaviour, autistic spectrum disorders, complex health needs, physical disabilities and sensory impairment.

We can offer temporary care while a parent or guardian is in hospital or recovering from an illness, or longer term support for a child with disabilities or special needs.

End of Life Care

Our domiciliary care service will then be tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences. We value and respect each person’s spirituality and their right to dignified care at this time of their lives.

Our team will work with health professionals and other people who are involved in your care and support to manage your symptoms, maintain your dignity and keep you as comfortable as possible.
